On this tour we will immerse ourselves in the world of traditional desserts of Bologna. This unique experience will lead us to discover the authentic flavours of the sweet culinary specialities that characterise the city. We will visit some bakeries to taste the city's delicacies such as raviole, crescents of shortcrust pastry filled with Bologna mustard, a special jam. We will enter a historical shop, an authentic jewel hidden in the heart of Bologna, to discover a selection of the best local producers of chocolates and typical sweets. To fully immerse ourselves in the tradition, we will taste other traditional desserts such as rice cake, a combination of amaretti, almonds and rice, or pinza, a crust roll filled with Bolognese mustard, and much more, such as zuppa inglese, a trifle, which we will enjoy with a glass of sweet wine. Finally, our last stop will be in an extraordinary café where they have a large selection of coffees and we enjoy an espresso with zabaione, an egg liqueur, to complete our tour in the best possible way.
